Foillard, alongside winemakers such as Guy Breton, Yvon Métras and Jean-Paul Thevenet, has forged his own path in Beaujolais, producing wines that fully express their terroir without any artifice. Today, he is an emblematic figure of natural wines, admired for his artisanal and authentic approach.
