Jura
A small vineyard (70 x 6 km) with a humid and cold climate, the wine of the Jura is surprising. Its typicity, its finesse, and the commitment of its winegrowers to improving its quality have today brought it a strong revival of interest. The red wines, fresh, crisp and fluid, lend themselves to a refined and digestible gastronomy. The whites, dry, sweet or sparkling, have a very wide range of aromas. Six appellations here : Côtes du Jura, Arbois, Château Chalon, Etoile, Macvin and Crémant. Savagnin is the most characteristic Grape variety of the vineyard but we also find chardonnay, poulsard, trousseau and a little pinot noir.

Learn more about organic and natural wines from the Jura
A small vineyard, 70 km long and 6 km wide, with the humid and cold climate of the eastern part of the country, the wine of the Jura is no less surprising. Its typicity, its finesse, its lightness and the commitment of its winegrowers to improving its quality have today earned it renewed interest. The red wines, fresh, crisp and fluid, lend themselves to a refined and digestible gastronomy; the whites, whether dry, sweet or sparkling, offer a very wide range of aromas, conducive to culinary experiences. 6 appellations share the production: Côtes du Jura, Arbois, Château Chalon, l'Etoile, macvin and crémant. Some special mentions on the label tell the consumer the method of vinification used for the cuvée: Macvin, liqueur wine, straw wine, over-ripened, yellow wine, oxidative with aromas of nuts and yellow spices.
The savagnin is the most characteristic Grape variety of the vineyard but we find there the chardonnay, the poulsard, the trousseau and a little pinot noir.
