We're talking to you about his Winery
| Grégory White's Winery , halfway between Béziers and Montpellier, is 4.8 ha. All his vines are worked without any synthetic products, even if they are not certified. Grape varieties concerned: syrah, grenache, cinsault, carignan, white grenache, terret bourret. For Grégory, this is a new life, a radical change that, for him, dates back to the early 2000s. It all began with a revelation in the vineyard! |
Then a journalist in Paris, things then gradually took shape. First, there were trips to and from wineries, then a wine shop in Paris... 2013 : installation in Aspiran after finishing a BPREA viti-oeno in Beaune. By the way, he told us that he did his internships during his training with Yannick Pelletier... so here you are :-) |
