La Gravotte 2025 - Cheverny - Clos du Tue-Boeuf
Here's a wine, a serious wine, elegant, fine and so fresh. From nose to palate, notes of peppery spices and black fruit like the little wild black cherry, still crunchy. There's no lack of substance for a 100% pinot noir, though it's well wrapped up in freshness. Beautiful finesse!
