Milouise 2023 - Winery Jean Philippe Padié
A monument of minerality: imposing, full and deep, then fresh and floral. An overall impression of refined brutality with this fine Milouise.
Notes of ageing are clearly present, mingling with the smokiness of hot stone. Dry twigs, crushed yellow fruit, floral honey, broom and oxidative touches add complexity. Bravo Jean-Philippe Padié!
A structure made for keeping, but the pleasure is already in the bottle: monkfish rouille, rock fish soup, honey and thyme cabri, if you can't wait !!!!!
