SLY VIN - Sylvaner 2021 - Vin de France - Négoce Alice Bouvot (Octavin)
A bold and captivating orange wine. The nose blends candied citrus, mild spices, dried flowers, and an intense mineral character derived from the gray marl. On the palate, the texture is lively and tannic thanks to a two-month maceration on the skins, with a briny freshness, spicy aromas, and a clean, easy-drinking, and exotic finish. A natural Sylvaner with no added sulfur, ultra-vibrant, perfect for an aperitif or spicy Asian dishes.
