More about Champagne Remy Leroy

Rémy Leroy: craftsmanship at the service of Champagne excellence

Rémy Leroy: an authentic vision of champagne

Located in the village of Meurville, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, Champagne Rémy Leroy stands out for its artisanal approach and its constant quest for excellence. This family-run Winery , founded on a tradition handed down through several generations, is committed to sustainable viticulture that respects the environment. With 9 hectares of vines spread over soil rich in Kimmeridgian clay and limestone, Rémy Leroy cultivates the three emblematic grape varieties of Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

Every gesture in the vineyard is designed to enhance the terroir and reinforce biodiversity. Working the soil, using natural soil improvers and limiting the use of chemical inputs all bear witness to our deep respect for nature. Hand-picked grapes are healthy and perfectly ripe, guaranteeing high quality juice. This rigorous, ethical approach is reflected in champagnes that are lively, elegant and authentic, where each cuvée is a true expression of the Côte des Bar terroir.

Rémy Leroy: racy, elegant champagnes

Rémy Leroy champagnes seduce with their assertive character and remarkable finesse. Pinot Noir, the majority grape variety Grape variety Winery , provides structure and depth, with aromas of red fruit and spices. Chardonnay, vinified with precision, offers freshness and minerality, while Pinot Meunier adds a touch of roundness and deliciousness. Each cuvée reflects a harmony between tradition and modernity, offering champagnes that are both accessible and sophisticated.

With a diversified range of champagnes from brut nature to vintage cuvées, Rémy Leroy meets the expectations of lovers of champagnes with character. Its commitment to sustainable viticulture and respectful winemaking makes it a key player in contemporary Champagne, appreciated for the sincerity and depth of its wines.

Wine and food pairing: sublimate your table with Rémy Leroy

Rémy Leroy champagnes lend themselves to refined gastronomic pairings, thanks to their aromatic richness and perfect balance. The bruts nature cuvées, with their vivacity and minerality, are ideal with seafood, oysters or fish carpaccio. Vintage champagnes, powerful and complex, go well with more elaborate dishes such as veal fillet with morel mushrooms, stuffed poultry or roast lobster. Blanc de noirs, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, sublimate characterful dishes such as duck breast or mature cheese. Finally, for a sweet touch, a lightly-dosed cuvée will brighten up a red fruit dessert or a pear tart. With Champagne Rémy Leroy, every bottle is an invitation to culinary exploration, where flavors and textures come together in perfect harmony.
