The nose is very fresh (minty) with lots of red and black berries. The fruit returns on the palate, with the addition of a few light pepper notes that further accentuate the wine's freshness! Clean, fresh finish. Un p'tit goût de revienZ'Y
Cap al Tap is a pure Mansois vinified in whole bunches. The vines are 5 to 10 years old, and the wine is aged in vats for 4 months.
