In 2023, the first vinifications, we will pick our grapes as well as 3 ha at Winery de veilloux, Winery in Biodynamie for 20 years (these are the cuvées la marnière and les patureaux). Course : Achille Ravineau, a BTS VitiOeno in Beaune 2015-2017 on a sandwich course with Hervé Villemade. He has worked for Philippe Pacalet and therefore for Hervé Villemade.
