Jean-Philippe Padié's vineyard, in Calce, in the Roussillon region, is managed with complete respect for the soil: ploughing by horse when the chenille does not pass on slopes that are too steep, very low yields (around 15hl/ha). A work of madness that flourishes in biodynamics. Pebble wines, fruit wines and wines of time, as Jean-Philippe explains so well. Laid there in 2003, in the middle of a stony garrigue, it manages 15 ha lost in the middle of rosemary, santoline and thyme.
