Cuvée H 2024 - Languedoc - Clos de la Barthassade
Mainly Syrah (60-70%), with Mourvèdre and Grenache, vinified without inputs and with very little sulfur added at bottling. Gourmet, dense and velvety on the palate. Beautiful black fruits, spices and a finely tactile finish.
Very good value for money in this beautiful Languedoc region
Ideal with grilled meats or spicy dishes.
Aging: mostly in stainless steel vats, to preserve fruitiness and elegance.
