Resurgences 2022 - Vin de France Winery Calmette Winery
Second vintage for this white wine from a half-hectare plot planted with several white grape varieties (noual, sauvignon, chenin, sylvaner ... and many others!).
Long fermentation in an old Alsatian foudre. The notes of controlled oxygenation, hallmarks of our dry cellar, are once again present.
A luminous wine, finesse and complexity on the palate, with a long, slender finish.
