Genouillet 2020 - Les Cailloux du Paradis - Claude Courtois
Claude brings us his Grape variety collection, the "genouillet". An endangered Grape variety that once (long ago) produced wines in the Berry region.
According to published genetic analyses, it is the result of a natural intraspecific cross between white gouais and black tressot.
Makes light, lively wines (wait a few years), low in alcohol!
A discovery for us, vinified by Claude Courtois! To be deserved
