As the years go by, the white wine from Winery Richaud gains in finesse and loses its roundness. The wine matures. And that's great.
A lovely, unpretentious organic wine, rich and direct, to accompany a typical cuisine: farmhouse chicken with green olives and bay leaves, lamb crumble with fennel, grilled prawns with coriander seeds... you've got plenty of possibilities.
