L'Effraie 2022 (dry/tender) - Coteaux du Loir - Winery de Bellivière
Here, young vines aged between 10 and 30 years are used in a blend of 13 plots! In this complicated vintage (frost again), L'Effraie is dry (less than 1.5g/l residual sugar). The wine is very expressive, with fruity notes and a spicy, taut finish. Seafood, shellfish, fish tartar, sushi.... of what to do!
