Le Rayon Blanc 2022 - Vin de France - Thomas Puéchavy
We're under the spell (with a few bubbles) of flowers, candied yellow lemon, white fruit and fine notes of milk caramel. The balance on the palate is there, as is the minerality. A complex, elegant wine. A sparkling wine as it was made in the olden days (cork with cap), a little gas.
100% chenin 2 years of ageing: 1 year in barrels, 1 year in vats
