Savennières Roche Aux Moines 2023 - Winery aux Moines (Tessa Laroche)
"Unfiltered version
A racy wine. The nose is racy and fine, not very demonstrative, and proves that the wine needs a little time (we're in the Roche Aux Moines appellation!). On the palate, there's superb tension and notes of honey.
Still not very expressive in its youth, it's worth waiting for them and, in the meantime, enjoying this structure and tactile feel!
