Torpen 2024 - Vin de France - Pouce-Pied
A red cuvée that is already very well established, with finesse, gourmet aromas and all without falling into the shortcomings of the dominant Pineau d'Aunis, but taking everything with it!
"10-day maceration, each Grape variety separately, aged in fiber & metal vats for 9 months. Blending 1 month before bottling
Aromatic pineau d'aunis, with pinot noir and gamay adding structure and roundness".
