Volcane Blanc 2023 - Vin de France - Winery Miolanne
The meeting of an Alsatian Grape variety and a Burgundian Grape variety in central Auvergne produces a wine that is both fresh and very fruity. The palate lingers with a slightly spicy finish.
A perfect aperitif and/or dessert wine... not forgetting a few medium-dry goat's cheeses and grilled fish.
