Tradition 2021 - Faugères - Winery Barral Winery (Didier Barral)
Less complex than Jadis, but certainly still THE cuvée. Here, it's the freshness, the fruitiness of red and black fruits, the spices (garrigues) that make this wine a little gem to be (re)discovered.
