| Didier Doué's champagnes are made from grapes harvested, pressed and vinified on his estate in Montgueux. An exceptional geographical location. The work in the vineyards is in organic mode certified ECOCERT. A beautiful discovery at very very reasonable prices! Didier Doué tries to go all the way with this ecological orientation. Composting, if necessary after soil analysis, is brought in the form of PEFC bark from a nearby sawmill. | This soil maintenance favours the maintenance of auxiliary, non-competitive plants of the vine. Installation of photovoltaic panels on its buildings in order to produce the energy necessary for its annual consumption. |
