We're talking to you about his Winery
| Laurent Lebled started working on the natural wine in 2010. He farms 3.4 ha between Savigny en Véron and Saint Aignan sur Cher. He produces Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon and Gamay. This is a new professional career. After 30 years in the timber trade, Laurent felt the market really drop from 2008. As he was working with untreated wood, he had many clients who were winegrowers of natural wines (Olivier Cousin, Patrick Corbineau, Sébastien Bobinet...). The characters being as professional as they are endearing, they became friends. So it was over time that he discovered men and their profession. | With a lot of apprehension, he decided to learn this new profession on the advice of Sébastien Bobinet and Bernard Pontonnier with whom he will make his first vintage. He now works his wines in carbonic maceration (reds and whites) and prepares new vintages for the future. |
