Clos de Monsieur Noly is a top-class Chardonnay, a far cry from the Mâcon at the bar downstairs. Here, we're rubbing shoulders with the great white wines of the Côte de Beaune!
Power, elegance, great aromatic richness in a wine signed by the Valette, and which hasn't yet said its last word!
Grilled lobster with black butter, lobster with saffron or why not a Bresse chicken with morels. And, for every day, a smoked white meat would be just as good!
