A pet nat made using the ancestral method(i.e., a single fermentation started in vat, then refined in bottle with natural sugars and indigenous yeasts).
Still 100% chenin here/ Nose and palate with notes of white fruit, green apple, exotic fruit (hint of lychee), floral. Sparkling bubbles. A beautifully crafted pet-nat!
