Voilà! ah yes, here's a white Burgundy that will surprise more than one!
Admittedly still a little restrained and youthful, and will need a little time. And yet, everything is there, in place, subtly between the nervous minerality and the wise roundness. An ample yet serious Chardonnay. Touches of white, exotic and stony fruits.
This natural wine takes us on a gentle, delicate journey, and its youth prevents us from discovering everything yet.
