Menetou-Salon Blanc 2023 - Winery Philippe Gilbert
The white Winery cuvée is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from six different parcels. The vines have an average age of 25 years and are planted on a sedimentary clay-limestone terroir dating from the Kimmeridgian period.
What we like most about this cuvée is its freshness and minerality. Lovely aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit. Great with asparagus, fish or goat's cheese.
