Plein Sud 2022 - Côtes du Jura - Jean François Ganevat
Ze Trousseau Very light color, like a raspberry juice, but with notes of ripe cherries and strong floral touches (iris, rose). On the palate, the presence of gas can be surprising... don't hesitate to shake a little or decant. The body is fluid, with strong fruit aromas. Supple, fine mouthfeel. Pleasant and, no lie, very easy to digest.
