Our opinion on this wine
Cap au Sud 2024 - Vin de France Winery Grapp'A Winery
An experiment combining multiple grape varieties, a meeting between the Jura and the South Here, no fewer than eight varieties: Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Ploussard, Chardonnay, and Savagnin from the Jura, and Carignan, Grenache, and Clairette from the South. The result is really nice. The wine needs to be opened a little in advance to give it its best chance.
A wine with red and black fruit flavors, garrigue spices, but supple, fluid, and delicious. In fact, aging in stainless steel tanks contributes greatly to this suppleness. Note that the wine is unfiltered :)
