Les Rachais 2016 - Champagne - Francis Boulard & Fille
Les Rachais vines are around 50 years old -Massif de Saint Thierry. Siliceous-limestone soils. Aged in old barrels, this wine already sets the tone: white fruit, citrus, brioche, honey and dried fruit on the nose.
Full, rich and concentrated on the palate, with a real complexity that makes you want to linger, and a long, delicate finish.
