a wine with fruit and great freshness (basalt minerality) with a persistence of violets, incense and spices.
"For over 20 years, this cuvée has been the expression of the oldest vines on Winery : Carignans 80 years and older, Grenaches, œillades, mourvèdres grown on stony soils, rich in biodiversity and deep rooting but poor in fertility, cultivated on a Permian volcanic terroir."
