Vieilles Vignes Eparses 2022 - Coteaux du Loir - Winery de Bellivière
Chenin from 50 to 80 year old vines from several communes. The terroirs are grown separately and then blended for the cuvée. The profile of the wine comes from the chenin and expresses a beautiful balance of fruit and minerality.
Why not on a nice fish with its beurre blanc :)
