We're talking to you about his Winery
| The Lindenlaub family has been cultivating vines in Alsace since 1759. Today Christophe is the owner of a Winery of more than 10 hectares which extends over the hills of Dorlisheim and Mutzig. In 2009, Christophe decided to convert all his vines to organic farming. He obtains the AB certification in 2012. It was then only the first step of a challenge that Christophe had promised himself: to learn how to produce high quality wines with the utmost respect for nature and the environment. | He continues his approach by deciding to devote his plots to the production of natural wines. He thus gives birth to lively wines that invite you to suspend time and rediscover nature in the space of a tasting.
