L’Aventure B22 Champagne 1er Cru (Extra Brut) - Champagne Les Frères Mignon
From the 2022 vintage
Notes of white flowers (hawthorn and acacia) and fresh citrus (lemon) fill the nose.
The palate is crisp and mineral, developing notes of almond.
Beautiful, fine, and persistent bubbles. The finish is delicate and spicy, and ultimately, it all comes together into a very complex wine :)
