ANY TIPS ON HOW TO ENJOY PLAIN WINE, TOM?

This is the role of restaurants and wine bars (generally of quality) offering these natural wines on their menu, or of organic/nature wine merchants, who are becoming more and more numerous, whether they are shops or Internet sites. Listen, read, exchange, get advice... then enjoy the tastings!
