| Alex Foillard, son of Agnès and Jean Foillard who is no longer present, will settle in 2016 on 2 ha, 1 ha in Brouilly and 1 ha in Côte de Brouilly, 2 beautiful plots with vines aged between 30 and 60 years. The latter were worked conventionally until Alex took over and immediately started an organic conversion. | Alex, the symbol of this new generation of Beaujolais with the Lapierre, Cotton and Métras children, continues to work with his parents to gain experience but, all of a sudden, the next generation is here.
