Alex Foillard, son of Agnès and Jean Foillard who needs no introduction, set up in 2016 on 2 ha, 1 ha in Brouilly and 1 ha in Côte de Brouilly, 2 beautiful parcels with vines aged between 30 and 60 years.
Manual harvest. Carbonic maceration. Aged 9 months in concrete vats. No filtration.
