Densely planted vineyard. North-facing slope, terroir of oyster marl. The blend is made "à la parcelle": Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot Blanc, Chenin and Petit Manseng.
A Houahou white, complexity, sapidity, salinity! Incredible wine with so much energy."A vintage full of finesse, very "mineral" materials in the white and a lot of delicacy."

"The name of the cuvée comes from a novel by Jean Giono "The Man Who Planted Trees". The hero, Elzéard Bouffier, modestly sets about planting acorns as he grazes his sheep on a deserted moor. In the space of a lifetime, he transforms nothingness into a verdant, rich land through patience and persistence."
