Valinière 2021 - Faugères - Winery Barral Winery (Didier Barral)
Intense, powerful wine, great wild complexity on Languedoc spices, return of fresh fruit. Beautiful, enveloping tannins.
A wine that's present on the palate without lacking finesse.... with a long, fresh finish!!!
We prefer this wine from maestro Didier Barral with spicy, temperamental meat dishes.
Warning: it's best not to decant the wines from Winery, as they are fragile and can oxidize. Serve quietly from the bottle :-)
