Damien Lemasson Cider
Cider, organic and natural!In 1997,Damien Lemasson took over his parents' farm in Coutances in the Cotentin region of Normandy (organic since 1988) after a professional experience as an accountant in order to live off one of his passions: Cider, organic and nature. Pursuing his passion for cider, in 2004, he moved his cider factory not far from there to Cametours, still in organic farming! The 10 ha of the farm are therefore certified in organic farming with low and high stem orchards, not forgetting 3 ha of meadows for the animals. More than his work and his cider, it is for THE cider that he militates, for the dusting off, for the recognition of a know-how, the recognition of terroirs, varieties and orchards. The recognition of Lemasson cidersVery quickly, Damien Lemasson, meets a notoriety, which he uses to go further by proposing traditional aperitifs and digestifs revisited as the 44 but also by creating a new Norman aperitif: Le p'tit Zeff (a Norman planter: mixture of pure orange juice and Calvados AOC). |
