La Roche 2024 - Brut cider - Winery Antoine Marois
A powerful and wild (farm) cider with great class! The colour is orange. Notes of spices, undergrowth and smoke. Ample mouthfeel with a finish of beautiful bitters. A great favourite!
With this parcel, we can start with quite powerful dishes and why not a nice andouille de Vire, a smoked ham (speck) or Norman cheeses such as Pont-l'Evêque...?
