Table Mat 2024 - Alsace wine - Catherine Riss
Let's not beat around the bush (about wine, of course), this is a dry Alsace - like all Catherine Riss wines - but the kind that's dry and taut. What superb mineral tension! A wine that fiiiiile, on the fruit, on the minerality and vice versa. It's DROILY good and gourmet!
