Jadis 2021 - Faugères - Winery Barral Winery (Didier Barral)
Notes of wild black fruit are very expressive, with an impressive evolution in the glass towards spices and a very charming animal touch. On the palate, the wine is much more structured than the "Tradition" cuvée, with a fleshy, juicy body. Great persistence on the palate and guaranteed ageing potential!
This is the central cuvée of Winery. Mid-range red at Winery. Two years of barrel ageing to refine and gain in complexity, ensuring that the consumer enjoys the wine from the moment he receives it. It's magical!
Attention, il est préférable de ne pas carafer les vins du Domaine, les vins sont fragiles. Servez le tranquillement en bouteille :-)
