La Prairie du Haut 2021 - Table Wine - Anne and Jean-François Ganevat
Complex and refined nose, blending yellow fruits, citrus, dried flowers, and notes of wax and dried fruits. Full-bodied, structured, and dense on the palate, balanced by the freshness of Savagnin Rose. Deep and energetic texture, with a long, persistent, and mineral finish.
This cuvée, made from old vines planted on marl-limestone soil, was vinified for over three years in half-barrels, then aged for one year in bottles, using indigenous yeasts, without fining or filtering and without the addition of SO₂.
