Magnum Dessous de Table 2024 - Vin d'Alsace - Catherine Riss
We're not going to beat around the bush (about wine), this is a dry Alsace (like all Catherine Riss wines), but the kind that's dry and taut (superb mineral tension). A wine that runs on fruit, minerality and vice versa. It's RIGHTLY good and gourmet!
