Great finesse on the very floral nose, elegant touches of wood fire, old rosewood perfume, malty touches, sweet spices. The palate is frank, straightforward and direct. Great length!
Tip : wait a few more months, even years, especially in magnum!
Catherine Riss's work on minerality and tension takes on its full dimension with time.
A little carbon dioxide may be present. A natural wine par excellence. Decanting is recommended.
