Sandstone, strength 2024 - Alsace wine - Catherine Riss
Floral nose, sweet spices, yellow fruit. The minerality is there, subtly present, without excess. A Riesling a dry, pure, straight line that slips under the tongue. Paf pif! Magnificent purity. Wait if you can, it's good even if it's IrréRISStible!
