Vin de France . This cuvée (Gamay/Poulsard/Savagnin) was vinified in truncated cone vats, with fresh semi-carbonic maceration at 12/14°C, naturally without pumping over or punching down, using indigenous yeasts, unfiltered and without the addition of SO₂.
