Petitescaves and its allowances
Allocation consists of the wine producer reserving or allocating a precise quantity of his wines each year to certain customers, both professionals (wine merchants, restaurateurs, distributors) and private individuals. The aim of this controlled allocation is to guarantee access to these wines for loyal customers (in this case Petitescaves) and thus better manage scarcity, avoiding as far as possible excessive speculation and/or the multiplication of intermediaries.
Also note that refusing or not responding to an allocation can lead to losing it in subsequent years! Make the most of it!
But what a success!
