A Bordeaux blend, but vinified differently: fruit picked at ripeness for notes of pear, quince and peach, but also tension on a welcome acidity for this cuvée
Here, the Sauvignon does not "sauvignonne", and we'll remember the perfect balance between roundness and freshness. Elian DaRos plays with the wine's 'naturalness' and a certain classicism... to the delight of our taste buds!
