Clef de Sol 2024 - Montlouis sur Loire - La Grange Tiphaine
This organic (and biodynamic) wine has delicate citrus notes on the nose. It's a nose that opens gently, a fine nose as we like it. Gradually, the minerality, the pebbles, "the key to the soil" arrive.
The palate is clean, because the minerality is there! Pif paf pouf!
Every year, the balance is there, with a skeleton that varies. But always mineral and fruity. Another constant: a wine for laying down made by Damien Delecheneau! Superb.
